Fab says the Musiala rumours aren’t concrete, The Athletic did however say we are interested but think Musiala isn’t for sale and expect him to extend.

I do think we are interested, why don’t we test his and Bayern’s resolve? Txiki should at least be in his ear selling him the project. Do we think this has legs? I don’t think the Bundesliga is that attractive for a player like Musiala.

Our only chance is agreeing a contract and project with him and him not signing a new deal at Bayern.

Reports suggest that relationship between City and Munich is very good and months ago Tolmie said to expect City and Munich to do lots of business this summer.

But is he not signing because he wants better than what they’re offering, or because he wants to leave? That’s the crucial thing. If it’s the former then this is just going to result in the new deal he wants.

Standard move from German media, it all depends on what Musiala wants to do. If he categorically says he isn’t renewing I don’t suspect Bayern won’t want to cash in.

I can’t see it. Said in the past, plays like how Foden used to. Flair, body feints, etc. Pep wanted to turn Phil into someone who could control things. Good to have an opposite who can be a live wire like Musiala but doubt it’ll happen.

If it does, I’d be beyond shocked.
