It isn’t. He’s a professional. He was doing his job.But when Stefan debates on a National radio station with a professional gobshite, the context really is everything.

He's moving into a new area and he hasn't quite got the hang of it yet.It isn’t. He’s a professional. He was doing his job.
If that's about Wyness, a mate of mine who's held senior positions at Premier League clubs knew him at Everton.
Says he used to be alright but now seems to have a wrong opinion about everything.
He was being polite.
So why did he come out of it so badly?
I would imagine that preparation is everything in a legal setting.
When you have two gobshite wankers interrupting you every few seconds, we'll that's a different skillset.
Have you offered to be his mentor? He's moving into a new area and he hasn't quite got the hang of it yet.
I stated an opinion and have responded to most of the people who've disagreed. He didn’t.
At this point I think you’re taking the piss so I’ll leave you to it.
So what advice would you give Stefan for his next outing on Talkshite ?But when Stefan debates on a National radio station with a professional gobshite, the context really is everything.
Clearly someone is paying him to pop up with anti City stuffThis twat Wyness pops up daily on my Google app. Always negative about City. Up until he started popping up about 3 months ago I had never heard of him
Quite the snide rant you’re on today, bravo. :-)I stated an opinion and have responded to most of the people who've disagreed.
I'll post nothing more on the subject. After all I'm not @Alan Harper's Tash, sometimes you just gotta know when to stop.
I stand by my initial verdict on Stefan's abject performance on Talksport today.
Already done in an earlier post.So what advice would you give Stefan for his next outing on Talkshite ?
Lol!Already done in an earlier post.
And I don't really have time, Pep and I have two really important away trips to prepare for.
Would we actually put that past them at this point? It's actually ridiculous at this point can't wait for this garbage to be over. The pl will be bring in a new rule that clubs can only use lawyers who charge less than £5.99 per hour
Spot on. Stefan answered the “would City settle” as a lawyer would. There’s always a risk in litigation so a lawyer would advise a client to at least consider a settlement. If the client is determined to carry on and take the risk inherent in any hearing then so be it. Jordan’s ”why would they settle if they are innocent” jibe, whilst having superficial merit, ignores commercial reality. Lawyers prefer settlement to litigation in commercial disputes wherever possible.Stefan debates in courtrooms; you debate in pubs.
Context is everything.
You are not Lillo and I don’t claim my price .Already done in an earlier post.

He is a crouton, which I understand is soup for cretin.Spot on. Stefan answered the “would City settle” as a lawyer would. Jordans fast talking jibes, including nation state, who has the most money to spend on lawyers, may gain points with talksport regulars but all that counts is the outcome.
Imho Stefan was professional, Jordan as rudely overbearing as ever, but again to what extent if any the debate influenced opinions is irrelevant. Even if (hopefully when) City are exonerated either wholly or partly, those who now think City are cheats will not alter that view.
Slight digression but Jason Beer, K.C. in the post office enquiry, used the phrase “word soup” to describe Angela de whatsits corporate speak.
Jordan is an expert at word soup.
I've had a quick listen back to the City section. Don't think I'd say anything different. Not really sure what Gorton's issue is - most likely stylistic (tough) or a lack of understanding (try to read more on the topic).
Here is the City section (along with grimace):
Good post. Regarding Palace going into administration, someone suggested on here that Jordan blames, errrrr, City. Apparently if we’d coughed up his inflated asking price for Victor Moses then it wouldn’t have happened!I wouldn't worry about any criticism from within this forum. You're doing a good job if you're invited back, because an alternative expert would probably play to the gallery and throw more dirt at us.
You can't undermine your credibility by being clearly biased. Jordan doesn't have a clue what he's talking about and despite claiming to know a thing or two about litigation still draws wild conclusions - I'm not sure how he thinks the PL can't compete in terms of legal representation. It takes a fair amount of talent and knowledge to become a KC and whilst money can buy you the very best, there are quite a few to pick from and they cost about the same!
For the rival fan, who actually listens to what is being said (probably not many sadly) you do a good job at clearing things up.
Jordan likes to suggest he doesn't have an issue with us as a club. But it's funny how he doesn't accept suggestions he ran Palace into administration. There's more to that story apparently, whilst clearly we're guilty as sin.
There are also a lot of city fans who need to grow a pair when it comes to this case and the semantics.
