PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

But thsaats not enough to assume we are being targetted on its own. So we look at the charges themselves and how hastily they have been produced and the way they have been produced (I'll assume you know all of that so I woont bang on about that). But then the impact of being found guilty - Our owners go to jail for defrauding HMRC.. (I assume you know all that too). Thats just not going to happen, so why have they over-stretched themselves on a charge that cannot be followed through? Why have they brought up charges that have already been answered to UEFA and CAS and answered? I mean thats going to be embarrasing to the PL case.

We have legal experts on here who agree it is confusing as to why the PL have gone this far for something they cant win (Unless there is some hidden thing we dont know about)

Then our owners and their replies to the charges. How this is not true (Obvs we would say that but), Pep himself said he has seen the evidence that we are innocent and he will be staying. Our owners saying we are not being held accountable for otheeer teams failures.. There's so many things that all point towards a targetting of City

I think it’s highly likely that other clubs,particularly the red cartel, are ‘out to get us’ and have been for many years.

They were never going to accept us taking ‘their’ players, trophies and revenues.

Gill, and probably up to 15/20 others,have schemed,plotted,planned and attempted to change rules with the intention of stopping if not destroying City.

To believe anything less is naive !!

The UEFA fine was just part of the punishment for the totality of the charges. There was no fine for non-cooperation in and of itself.

The 10 million fine for non-cooperation was set by CAS at a level that was deemed appropriate solely for non-cooperation, the other charges having been dismissed as either time-barred or not proven.

Anyway, it doesn't really matter. My point was that the circumstances of the non- cooperation are different this time to those at CAS and so even the non-cooperation charge may not be a slam dunk for the PL, imo.

Sums up UEFA's attempts to convict City when they asked the club for original copies of the "leaked" emails, when in reality the wording should be stolen or illegally obtained emails. That's what their entire case was built on, evidence that was illegally obtained in the first place. No court would even entertain prosecuting a case on how the evidence was obtained. If they did prosecute that would not be justice but corruption of the highest order.
