Exactly. They have no evidence of fraud, just bullshit emails that may indicate some shenanigans if interpreted in a certain way. The IC can hand out a severe sporting punishment without ever finding evidence of fraud, but suspecting wrongdoing on a balance of probability.Only in the opinion of a sports body, not in the real world unless the police or HMRC decide to prosecute. If the Premier league had evidence of fraud they shouldn’t be holding a sporting investigation they should be involving the police and handing over this evidence.
