PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Let's not forget, when people think they are untouchable they make mistakes. I wouldn't put it past people like Gill and Parry to put down in writing to the PL things they shouldn't.

And Masters is not an impressive man. Put him under increasing pressure and watch him break. He will make mistakes as the end-game gets closer, I am sure.
Masters mistake was taking the job and becoming a patsy for the red top, he never had anything about him to do this job.

Maybe what could come to light is the amount of pressure that the red shirts have put on masters/PL to "do something about City"

Was it not the rags & scousers who were the only clubs execs to vet the new PL chief - with the first one refusing the job citing some clubs having too much power!

That seems to suggest that the PL chief is not the actual chief, but just the organ grinder

True, but then they better make sure they don't delete/lose/spirit away any correspondence that the club already has in it's possession (through one means or another ....). It's a high-risk game to play when you don't know what the other side already has.
But can we use it if it’s hacked?

Remembered why I muted you in the first place.

No differing of opinions allowed.

There's being optimistic and then there's thinking these emails, which are just standard disclosure, will end the 115 charges etc.
Your opinions are allowed? You’ve posted said opinions about 40 times. People disagreeing with you is also allowed and muting me doesn’t change that fact.

I think the club knows all too well who, and what clubs have been out to see our progress halted. I also believe that in order to make Pep continue (as he has) and be at ease with the whole situation that our club will have made him privvy to what evidence they have.

Of course, i may be wrong. But I just feel that if our owners etc were doing what they were accused of, then Pep surely would have walked a long time ago
I think that's true. Pep would have walked away and so would our Auditors, other sponsors, and other senior partners. Silver Lake would not have invested in CFG either and the City Council would have stopped its partnership with Sheikh Mansour.

Hitler gets a better write-up in the press than City does.
But there's no racism against Arabs or Muslims in the media. Of course there isn't. How could anyone think such a thing.
The media is run by cunts, for cunts.
The hypocrisy is staggering, even by British standards, which makes it Olympic gold level.

What's the worst is The Guardians treatment of our owners.

My theory is that when it comes to Muslims their stance is that they view them as a poor and oppressed people. Rich and powerful Muslims don't fit that worldview.

As my auld granny used to say.

Oh what a tangled web we weave,
When first we start to deceive."

My thoughts are that there are so many differing clubs, people and organisations hell bent on cutting City off at the knees that there will be something. And Citys legal people will know what it is and where it is.
Or I could be wrong;-)
Daniel Levy says hi (hopefully from his prison cell!)

Any incriminating messages of any sort will just be deleted/lost/spirited away. That’s how it works I’m afraid.
Probably still on the ISP or mobile network cloud servers if the IC had reason to dig further.

Also I found it slightly odd that Lawton's article focused entirely on the PL having to provide messages and never mentioned anything about City having to do the same, especially as he finds it hard to hide his dislike for us.

Yep - it felt like it was anti-PL rather than pro-PL

if something is stored locally you could in essence drill the hard drive so its gone, but if we are talking about emails, texts etc then it is nigh on impossible to ever truly erase them if that level of info was required a forensic computer analyst or a decent hacker would get you them , now where could we get some of them, i think china have a few ;)
Pegasus ;)

There is so much truth in this. It's amazing how stupid some corrupt people are. There is an arrogance about them that often makes them vulnerable. Masters has been out of his depth since his first day at the PL. Don't forget what the Chair of the Select Committee told him: "It appears that you don't know what you are doing."

Masters would be out of his depth if he was a lifeguard at a paddling pool

This is all sidebar stuff. The crux of the matter remains the legality of the APT rules not what someone may have said in a text or email...
