There’s no way an established PL footballer should be needing to improve his first touch so he doesn’t get bummed by Luton.

The man is shit and needs to fuck off asap.

Not a fan of his either. He’s got some raw attributes but as he’s more of an attacking player than defensive i don’t think he’s never going to make it with us. I know it’s not all about stats but his are fucking terrible.

Only defence of him i have is that fuck up he did against Luton happens occasionally to the best of them with how we play.
 
Very strange attacks on Nunes here.

Pep barely played him, and played him in alot of different positions.

How was he suppose to develop any rhythm or consistency in his game last season? Impossible.

One lapse of concentration was so inevitable, and not really enough to discredit his quality. We might as well sack nearly the entire squad as they have nearly all had these moments many times a year.

Nunes gets treated/compared to Kalvin Phillips a lot on BM. Completely undeserved imo, Nunes is a far more talented player than Phillips if we're just looking at technical ability.

Doesn't mean that Nunes is going to make it here at City or anything, but definitely feel for the lad. He was a panic buy late in the window when we missed on our 1st and 2nd targets. He hasn't really gotten much of a chance to prove himself either.

the highlights vid of his game against burnley for us, is better than anything Kalvin did since he was here.
 
I think Nunes is getting a hard time of it on here to be honest.

He has shown moments in games throughout the season of what he's capable of doing, They have been few and far between. Overall it's been an underwhelming season from Nunes but we have to remember we had numerous players that struggled massively in there first season under Pep, Rodri possibly been number one candidate! Luckily enough Pep is our manager and not lads on Bluemoon because Rodri would have been fucked off long ago.

Nunes deserves another season, Football is a funny old game, Who knows he could get a run of games and prove himself and prove us wrong...Hopefully.
 
Don't think this deal will happen.

Feels like Savio might be the only signing this summer, more players staying than I expected.

Nunes is definitely more suited to us than Phillips and unlike Philips he wants the ball. However he’s got himself into great positions repeatedly but his final ball, whether pass or shot, has been woeful. Not much use making great runs or gliding forward in possession if any pass is poor or shot weak.

Not particularly bothered if he stays or not but I definitely expected a lot more from him last season.
