Can’t see Newcastle selling him for £80M personally. Kimmich represents way better value and is the better player anyway. Develop Lewis and bring Wharton in next year or the one after and we’re good.

It never made any sense

The 100 million number was essentially a poison pill. A number that was above his worth you put in the contract knowing other parties won’t trigger it. In essence Newcastle put that number in there thinking they would be able to maintain control over Bruno.

Them two would be epic mate! I thought Kimmich was fantastic last night at RB for Germany and done the stepping into midfield role really well. Hope we get him and Rodri and Bruno G would be an absolute dream

Just can't see it - if we wanted to do that, why not before the end of June to potentially get him at a better fee. There is no inclination for them to sell now haha
