Reform are winning the vote from former Labour voters who turned to the Tories under Johnson. A lot of them still see it that they were betrayed on the their Brexit vote and that Farage could deliver it, or at least talks a good game.
Based on that one result:
Only if a lot have gone from Con->Lab, Lab->Ref.

Labour got 2k more than last time. The Conservative vote went to the Farage party.
