Not really sure why we bother with a pre season . It’s clearly not with the intention of winning over new fans in this huge emerging market..
Creamery’s goal in Leeds away puts him in a higher conversation than Kalvin I’m afraidGerry Creaney is fuming he's not in the conversation...
Not when you consider that we swapped him with Paul Walsh ;)Creamery’s goal in Leeds away puts him in a higher conversation than Kalvin I’m afraid
We beat Kilmarnock then got relegated lolGone are the days we go over to Isle of Man for a friendly and scrape a 2-1
Win or up to Scotland to play Kilmarnock[emoji23]
Imagine all the yanks saying " wow, this Man City are a bit shit aren't they", lolGoing well this promotional tour.
I don't mind Phillips or any player making a mistake. But a player being irrelevant is just not acceptable. We play with 10 players when he is on the pitch. He doesn't foul, he doesn't tackle, he doesn't intercept, he doesn't block, he doesn't create, he doesn't run. I'd be shocked if any of the kids over 18 years of age couldn't do a better job at some element that impacted the game.
We can not play him again ever. He is only preventing us from seeing another possible solution in midfield.
Again, I've no issues with mistakes. They might look bad but that's ok. He just doesn't try or he just can't do it. Poor guy needs a future elsewhere now.
Oh greatMy hot take coming into the season was that Bobb would be starting by the business end of the season, but that's looking lukewarm right now.
I like Grealish, but he has to start playing better, or this will likely be his last season as a City player. He’s working hard, but the reality is that he’s a good player—nothing more than that.
Despite some poor positional play while playing out of position, I've been impressed with Susoho this preseason. His sub at halftime was harsh.
Phillips shouldn’t play again this preseason. His lack of effort is a giant middle finger up to the fans and Pep. Just buy out his contract or something.
What a depressing poster you are. Red cunts lost btw. They are already ahead against Arse...
I can see us on the end of a cricket score in that Charity Shield game.
How many did they send to Euros? 2?
800 a week? Any vacancies going?I’d have to work at least 4 years to match that. An abysmal signing has to go down as one of the worst in the clubs history.
I'm guessing you never got to see Lee Bradbury or Buster Phillips or Pointy McMannaman or William Bony or the underwhelming sea of shit we have signed in history. Kalvin is nowhere near and I mean nowhere near one of our worst signings as a footballer.
He might be the poorest value from a monetary pov, however that is a different matter. It could be worse, we could have paid 85 million for Anthony. Lol.
The charity shield will be treated by city as an opportunity to build players up, it always is-ignore the noise, it’s far more important the players get enough rest.rags game in two weeks time, hope some more players are back to Manchester for bit of pre season while squad arrives back from US tour, no way we can field a team like this game.
Nunes hardly played at the Euros or all season, he should be back quick.
especially midfield area is missing.
Not won a game for nearly 3 monthsImagine all the yanks saying " wow, this Man City are a bit shit aren't they", lol

I actually enjoy seeing the younger players get a chance to impress-Doyle, Lewis, Bobb and McAtee all likely to start the rags game-I think that’s great!
I was there to witness that historical event. Incredible, wonderful, unique at least in the Creaney annals. A goal, a veritable goal. I needed a lie down afterwards.Creamery’s goal in Leeds away puts him in a higher conversation than Kalvin I’m afraid
That's a headline sky sports news and bbcsport would throw out with ease. Not won a game for nearly 3 months
Lost 3 on the bounce
#Pepout!
It's looking more and more likely Pep is going to go back to natural wingers that carry the ball and take on the full back, Back to the Sane and Sterling days...
He's always one step ahead of the posse, I know we had Grealish and Bernie as our wide men for a couple of seasons it was more possession based and making the pitch as big as possible, Now we have Doku, Savinho, Bobb ect all wingers that love to dribble and beat the full back.
Exciting stuff.
