And tennis where I’ve just heard the commentator say Draper is nearly spent - it’s part way through a 3 set match ffs, unfit ****
Wikipedia:

Draper supports Manchester United F.C. and enjoys listening to rap and grime music

That's all I need to know, thanks. Born in South London, the cu ..

Amazing that Canada beat Australia in the women’s rugby semifinal.

A brilliant performance.

That moment at the end of the first half changed it. It had looked like Australia would run away with it.

I agree though that NZ will probably win the final. They looked pretty good against USA.

BBC will presumably be showing it with a delay, as it's scheduled to start 3/4 of the way through the gymnastics Biles show.

By the way Vienna my point was basically that the bbc could afford to send that shagfucker stones to watch the rags on a pre season tour but couldn’t afford to bid for proper tv rights on something as important as the Olympic Games
It wasn’t really in the BBC’s hands. Eurosport/Discovery+ bought the rights in 2018 for the whole of Europe, not just the U.K. They paid $1.5b to cover Tokyo and Paris.

It's only due to the UK mandating that the Olympics must have free to air broadcast that the BBC could afford to bid for the rights - Discovery bought the global rights, and probably took a lower bid than they wanted from the BBC in order to get the advertising exposure here.
