Good points what do we know about the Olympic commentators ? I mean what do they do when they not commentating on for example archery ? It must be a specialist knowledge and job but it’s not an exactly popular outside the Olympics. How do they pay the bills what else do they do ?
They probably make money writing articles slagging City off.

Is this fella real (Tom Cavilla - Football Trends Writer) or this is a name of MEN AI algorithm creating clickbait articles.

Kevin De Bruyne transfer update emerges as Man City midfielder 'closing in' on exit.
Our KIev is not a MF player in question but certain Jacob Wright. But would you guess from the title.

And this is puzzling
Man City set Julian Alvarez 'minimum price' as striker transfer completed
The striker in question is none other than Iheanacho, who left us 7 years ago, but somehow its is lumped into one article that has no links to what it is saying actually.
He’s a Reach ‘journalist’ that seems to report on Liverpool - so no surprise they draft him in to write clickbait bollocks about City.

Just watched a video from ESPN, some London idiot called James Colley, never heard of him, trolling out clichés, 115 etc, apparently PSR is an issue for us and he's been told Pep's backroom staff have had enough, he comes across a real arrogant tosser and then Steve Nicol suggests we could get a points deduction DURING the season ! don't normally engage, won't be doing again ffs.

The commentators for minority sports tend to be jack of all trades types. The same guy doing archery will probably also do the judo and the canoeing.

And they’ll be joined by an ex pro usually from each sport on co comms to go into a bit more of the technicalities.

I don't bother with newspapers anymore. Whenever us club features it's all doom and gloom. Everyone is leaving including senior executives, senior coaching staff, Pep sooner rather than later, senior players, up and coming Academy prospects etc, but very little about incomers. Throw in the 115 accusations and ATP both of which have gone deadly silent and there's very little left to raise interest. If there were no clickbait journalists out there, there would have been nothing of interest to continue this thread. Now back to my cave...

Of course there’s no such thing as the biased Red Shirt Football Media.

Compared to the Telegraph that’s nothing. They easily have four or five articles a day on United. Everyday. It is a fanzine in all but name. Minute by minute reports on friendly games FFS. The fawning and adoration over them is genuinely off the scale. That is the English football media in a nutshell.

A true insult that Ducker is said to cover City as well

Maresca's approach clearly needs refining

It is clear to see that former Leicester boss Maresca is needing time to bed in his tactical approach after just five weeks in the job at Chelsea, compared to Guardiola's eight years in charge.

Can't remember them being as nice with Pep in his first season.

"You can't mess about with it at the back"

"Kick it in to touch"

"Why is he trying to pass it in his own box"

Glenda and his buddies

Thanks for the explanation Blue. Always wondered why a supposedly neutral organisation, participated so heavily with the rag- dipper, anti-City shite.

There’s also the not inconsequential matter of staffing. When the BBC moved from London to Manchester they filled their sports department with rags, often recruited direct from the swamp……their leader Nick Coppack being one of them. Making snide digs about City is second nature to them……..
