It's looking likely now. Mixed feeling about this one but he did get a fair cracking of the whip last season and was solid but not spectacular. Never really cemented himself into the first 11 and imo never likely to. Does leave a bit of a gap in the squad as his goal scoring record was reasonably good and his workrate beyond reproach.
 
We could have got maybe £10m-£15 more for him regarding the upfront cost. hope we have good add-ons. thanks for the memories Julina

70m at least it’s saying isn’t it? 5 times the original fee? That’s a bloody good deal in my opinion
 
Tough loss, this one.
Borderline awful as a deeper attacker or wide player but never let us down when playing in his favored position.

Would love for Oscar to get a lot of his minutes.
 
Fine. Was alright for us overall. There for some big moments. Shame he never really kicked on after being given a starting place but £70m+ from a £14 signing is incredible business. Either we sign a replacement or give McAtee a bigger role. Either is fine. It's just all fine.

If we get £70M for Alvarez plus add ons, and AM send us Felix with them picking up his full salary with no obligation to buy, then I would take that, only thing with Felix Is his light seems to have gone out, he doesn't radiate that energy like he used to, he's basically become dull.
 
Hope the lad has a hidden nasty streak somewhere inside (doesn't seem too) him.
Simeone will demand it.
