PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

If we were guilty we wouldn’t just be not spending, we’d be selling off players like KDB and Ederson whilst we can get good money for them before the vultures are circling looking for bargains after we were sanctioned
Good point. If our demise is so certain then we would not be stopping Ederson/kev and anyone else leaving for a good fee instead of a pittance once the case is concluded.

We will be hit with a few, goes against the spirit of rules crap blah blah blah. Nothing serious will be proven. The league would not need to go through this tribunal which costs a fortune if they could prove 100 percent guilt.

They can’t so the next best thing is act like you can and tarnish reputations.

When we are rightfully cleared of this slanderous, tedious bullshit, I really hope we get the very best legal minds in the world to utterly fucking destroy the rags, arses, scousers, PL, arse-licking know-nothing journalists and fucking Dominos pizza.

Then use the damages payments to sign Vinicius, Bellingham, and Odegaard in the same week of a transfer window.

its a long list of snide cunts.

Talksport summed up just now by Jeff Stelling - if City are guilty they must face justice. If innocent then ‘SO BE IT’.

So be it !!! He then went on to say not sure how the football family will react if they are not found guilty.

Complete smear campaign.
Just guessing here but from what Stefan has said we won't hear the result until near the end of the upcoming season and if it goes against us we'll appeal it.
Do we know if we can appeal the decision AND the punishment or are they handed out simultaneously should the worst scenario occur? P
Serious question. Say we get done and relegated or whatever, the verdict is in January. Would we finish out the season? Or no games until following august where we start in championship? Or how does it work?

Coz they have already achieved regardless all of the lemmings believing we have cheated whatever the outcome. Desperate shit really but when you see how some of these scumbags run their clubs it's not biggest surprise is it . . .
In fact, lemmings are generally known for hurling themselves off cliffs in acts of mass suicide. We can but hope.

Perhaps silly social media posts are a way of covering up their shit products.
Over the last few years, there's been a huge uptick in big companies engaging with football discussion on twitter (Specsavers, Dominos, etc.) as a form of digital Marketing/PR.

These companies hire for specific roles to monitor and post on their social media platforms.

Essentially there is a bloke getting paid to make memes for a fast food chain on twitter.

there is no one that can tell me we 100% did not fail to bring in a potential sponsor due to these charges. I am sure we had sponsors thinking to do business with us pre the charges and may opted against it due to the backlash, smear campaign and all that. some went ahead , fair play to them, some might put in some extra bullet points tho into contract in case of some horrible outcome. same with player contracts imo.certainly if I would be player agent and the club my player is at faces serious charges there is a bit of worry at least.

not mentioning agents, players may not sign for us due to it.

IF we are cleared there need to be serious answer to these along the media smear campaign and few media person need to be made example of.

feels like all bets are off and it could be anything in the end, to me most likely is some more serious charges dropped, some lesser ones not and we get either a bigger financial punishment or not so big points deduction alongside some fine.
very unlikely imo we get the relegation which media wants or clear our name 100% of all charges. such a big case imo, bigger than the Uefa case imo, even there we got some fine for non-coop which media ran as "GUILTY".

I twist and turn on this whole debacle.

Ive mentioned before that i was in the company of someone who is deeply involved , on a city level, with the legal side and he was totally bullish and reassuring that we will win.
But the. I swing to ,’if its all bullshit how have the prem got this so very wrong in going after their best club , a founder member, so aggressively, if they werent sure they had a cast iron case!!

I guess we will soon know
Because this was never about legitimately winning the case in a court of arbitration.

Everything about when and how the charges were announced (from the initial very early leaks, to the framing of the “115 charges” which are actually about 5 actual claims against the club, to the anonymous statements and various instances of sabre-rattling throughout the process) was designed to win in the court of public opinion.

And, unfortunately, they have achieved that goal in many ways.

Wouldnt anyway, its shite
My son worked for them part time, his first ever job aged 17, absolute cunts of an employer. He used to get there, an hours round trip walking, and they’d very often say they don’t need him - even though the cunts could have phoned him. Very often he’d be there about 30/45 mins and tell him to go home cos there’s not enough work. Absolutely disgusting employer, we’d boycotted the cunts way before they started taking the piss out of City

I had a rag acquaintance, not really a friend, tell me the other day, in complete seriousness that “the reason you’ve brought out a retro third kit is because you’re going back to the third tier and your club execs know it”. He went on to opine, that he’d “heard that our (his, not ours) new exec we nicked from City has told the United board that City are guilty as sin”.

I literally laughed in his face and asked him did he really believe that a senior executive would brief someone so loose-lipped about a situation so serious?

They’re desperate guys and girls. They’ve pinned their entire belief system on City being guilty of something.
I asked him how he would feel when we were cleared of all wrongdoing and it was confirmed that his shit stain club weren’t cheated out of their “rightful achievements” (his words) but were, in fact, “just shit”.

We haven’t spoken since but he’s getting it big style when we are cleared.
There is a bit of a flaw to the Rag’s case. If Berrada said City are guilty if means that he, as Chief Operating Officer, is guilty.
I could be wrong but something tells me he wouldn’t incriminate himself that way.

They are do desperate to end City’s success and tarnish our achievements they’ll believe anything that suits their agenda.
