What fruit does it deliver.?

In our last house all female trees gave us dates. The palm tree in current house gives us massive amounts of smooth raspberry sized green then dark blue/red berries. Unfortunately although edible not very tasty.

The Embankment occupies the site of the former Holt Town Reservoir. It would define the transition between the Valley and the Terraces. A memorable and inviting arrival space opposite the Holt Town Metrolink station could be created.
Another possibility is to site a new cultural and community venue. Or an enhanced area of open space could be created. Further east, mid- to higher rise buildings could step up towards Confluence Park.

I will be going to the public consultation as I want to find out as much information as I can about the Holt Town proposal.

I’m definitely going to consider buying a house or an apartment.

The location is perfect for me. Next to the Etihad and a stroll into town. Work in Trafford Park is accessible via the Mancunian Way. I start work early and finish work early, so the traffic shouldn’t be too much of a problem.

Hopefully the sale of my current house in the future and my savings will cover the cost of 2 bedroom house or a 2 bedroom apartment? Ideally I’d prefer a house.

I think it’s a fantastic and exciting proposal, even though different phases of it are quite a few years away yet.

It’s a 20 minute walk to Piccadilly station, and 10 minutes to the tram, very much doubt a train station would be part of it.

Definitely get a house and make sure there’s no service charge mate, they are a licence to print money.

It's Motherwell, I'm packaging a real estate deal for a client out that way - miles outside Glasgow.
