Source.I did hear that Masters was cross examined in the APT case and that it went well.
But I wouldn't think the timing of the charges will be an issue here. The point doesn't go anywhere. Either the matters are proved or they aren't

Certainly not Masters. Everything I've seen of him suggests his fleet-footed interview skills are non-existent.Went well for who, City or the PL?
Cheers palThis was an appeal about the reporting of the case that City brought about the legality of the PL's right to ask for commercially sensitive documents, which they lost. The appeal by City to restrict reporting was supported by the PL however, the judge decided that reporting of the initial case should be allowed So, no the PL didn't win and Pannick wasn't involved at that stage
"City are still alive here.I would hope he gets cross examined by Pannick before Paul Harris delivers the knockout blow.
So, next chair of the Post Office then.Certainly not Masters. Everything I've seen of him suggests his fleet-footed interview skills are non-existent.

Not sure I want to see Harris taking his shirt off and cavorting round the room, swinging it above his head. The pile on from Pannick, Soriano and Khoolhand defies description."City are still alive here.
Pannick...Harrissssssss.
I swear you'll never see anything like this ever again. Two cross-examinations in injury time to snatch the verdict away from the Premier League. Stupendous!"

Yep read "failure to comply with UEFA's rules including FF'P" as reported by the BBC, a little ambiguous but written by Roan so no surprise there. We're not being charged with failing FFP but there's a PL rule that teams playing in UEFA competitions have to provide accurate accounts to the PL (as they do the licensing).
I’ve rather it wasn’t that close PB, more a Watford FA cup final for sake of my nerves"City are still alive here.
Pannick...Harrissssssss.

Small detail but Pannick was there for that too. Has advised the club for a long timeThis was an appeal about the reporting of the case that City brought about the legality of the PL's right to ask for commercially sensitive documents, which they lost. But for whom did Master’s cross-ex go? For him or City?Clearly I won’t be sharing my sauce
City cross examined him as the PLs witness. Went well for City I heard. But for whom did Master’s cross-ex go? For him or City?
