I don’t understand how PL can charge us for failing UEFA FFP if CAS cleared us.
What am I missing?

The PL has alleged the club has filed incorrect accounts to the PL. The PL is responsible for providing those accounts to UEFA. So if the PL can prove the accounts are incorrect, I suppose they can prove the accounts provided to UEFA were incorrect as well.

It's up to UEFA to determine if those accounts pass or fail UEFA FFP, I guess.

Not had time to read the previous 6600 or so pages but I've just heard we are being charged with 115 counts of something and the hearing starts on Monday, why hasn't this been reported in the press before.
