PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

We all know the bluster of claining it was 115 allegations of breaches was anounced dramatically because the independent commision was on it's way and the Prem wanted to look like they could be tough in house.

Since it has now become an albatros around their neck, too many spiteful journos and the wider footballing publc have had too much time to generate an imagined guilt and and anger at the lack of decision and punishment (even if nowt is yet proved)

If we win none will acceept it is anything but the league bottling it or corruption.
If we lose then the strictest punishment will be demanded, if we are just fined or a minor points deduction the prem will be accused of bottling it or corruption.

Win or Lose the prem have fucked themselves, plus if we win the damages to our reputation (we will always be seen as bent as it is ingrained in public minds now) mean we should rinse the premier league for damages

And when we win the league, we'll sing this song again.... ohhhhh cartel charges....
Good suggestion but surely the old standard, first adopted/adapted in the 60s, 'She'll Be Coming 'Round The Mountain', lends itself better here, from the point of view of scanning and rhythm..?!

'You can stick your cartel charges up your a*se/ You can stick your cartel charges up your a*se..' and so on and so on? Just a thought..(!!)

I think it is more likely that the PL stick with it to the bitter end even when it becomes clear they are losing. They are that stupid and the lackey of the redshirts.

What have they got to lose by seeing it through?

Legal costs for them, not ours. It’s a sham but it’s not the individual’s involved who will lose out just a bit if money from the member clubs.

What they risk is a reputation for incompetence and stubbornness which costs the member clubs money. This case could damage their credibility irreparably.

They were being accused of it before which was why in my opinion they were coerced into it just like UEFA but unfortunately the shit sticks on us not them.
