Unsure if allowed to ask! But he ho, nothing lost etc.! Off to Tunisia & will be away for next 3 games. VPN was not very good last time. Anybody got any stream links that may work better in Tunis?

I thought Partey was meant to be getting charged for criminal activities, see he’s changed the name on his shirt this season, still a rotten horrible piece of work
Police dropped charges as there wasn't enough evidence. Allegedly he was set up by his Moroccan ex-girlfriend as he refused to marry her but that's hearsay.

When was the last time Kevin was great in a really big game? 22/23, Arsenal? He destroyed Arsenal back then, but that was probably his last great performance against a top team.

Hope Kevin reminds us of his quality in a big game soon, but I would prefer Foden and Bernie over him. Foden for obvious reasons, and Bernie because his bottom level is (much) better than Kevin's. Even Kova and Gundo might be better options. Kevin loses the ball a bit too often these days, and that's risky vs teams that know how to counter.
Newcastle away?

Good post but I don't agree with you saying Arsenal are an exceptional team, pal.

Winning the league 4 times on the trot, the domestic quad, winning the CL, the 100 points 106 league goals season and several times winners of League and FA cups. Plus being UEFA Super Cup Winners and FIFA Club World Cup Winners last year makes us exceptional, truly exceptional ; )
They are an elite side, as you say we are exceptional

I really want us to smash the Tarquins at home to lay down the marker to everyone we're not laying down for anyone.

I expect another deep, boring bus parking opposition and hoping Pep has worked out a tactic to beat it. We like to pass it around but Eddie smashing it to Erling might be the way to twat them.

4 clean sheets for Arsenal in the 5 games this season, only conceding when they had 10 men.

However, just 6 goals in 5 games shows that there is a trade off.

Ben white is the weakest in that arsenal defence and has to be targetted. Doku will rinse him if he gets the nod to start.

Saliba is a great defender and a ****
Agreed he's a ****.

Personally I think all the hype about Saliba is way over the top, Don't get me wrong he's a very good defender but all this talk of him being the best in the world and comparing him to some of the all time greats is absolutely scandalous.

The way Arsenal set up both himself and Gabriel are well protected, They have everyone behind the ball, When they are out of possession they basically have four centre backs with Saka and Martinelli playing as wing backs along with having Rice and Partey sitting on front of them, It's very hard to get Saliba and Gabriel exposed in 1 v 1 situations especially with Arsenal not playing a highline.

Wondering if he’ll play Walker and Stones, having Stones step forward when Walker doesn’t head down the line. If so, it might make more sense to have Gundo in midfield, as he gets into more forward positions.

At this point, it feels like a game where the midfield will be key. If City can dominate the center of the park, then they will have to drop in. If not, we might get out under the cosh.

Ødegaard is a big loss for them, imho, as he is David Silva-esque for them (emphasis on “-esque”).

If and when they attack us, it will be in behind the full backs or spreading it wide and attacking them with support from their full backs. If we can shut that down, I see no reason why we can’t put 2 or 3 past them.
As long as we don’t play stones and Walker at same time we will be fine.
