Many people are able to walk or even run after an ACL tear. It really doesn't mean anything unfortunately.I've just seen footage of Rodri walking about at Barcelona airport. That would seem odd for such a serious injury, unless the video is false.
When an ACL actually snaps, you can normally walk straight afterwards. The only hope I have is that he walked onto the pitch at full time. That would be unusual as if an ACL as his leg would have swollen up making that impossible. Will know soon enough
Your definitely a lost fucking member.Giving Grealish 300k per week who cannot score 5 goals per season, giving Stones 250k per week and not having room for signing Rodri’s back-up. Incredible planning.

I’m sure that woman just says ‘no news for now’

Perhaps we'll have to take a leaf from the old varpool playbook and by pass the midfield. We'll just have to get Eddie hoof the ball up for the big man to run onto.Kowing our predicament, I'd be be surprised if they don't deploy Guimaraes, Tonali, and Joelinton in midfield against us. Irrespective of who we play in there, that combination will be both aggressive and powerful.

Off to see Dr Cugat?
Saka has proven that means fuck allWell he's definitely limping
He's playing from a pretty deep position here. If Pep can coach him up and let him learn from his mistakes, his athleticism can bring something really different to our midfield, which I believe we are missing currently.Time for Nunes to step up big time and show the fans why we signed him. Could be a huge season for him now.
Don’t know if this has been commented on elsewhere but the slow-mo footage from behind the goal shows clearly Party raise his hands and push Rodri sideways as they both move towards the corner flag.
This was not a coming together or an unfortunate landing. It was a piece of shithousery. Party almost certainly didn't intend a season-threatening injury, but he took the risk with Rodri's knee.
Apart from anything else it should have been a penalty.
More seriously, it is difficult to argue that Rodri was not deliberately targeted. That much was suggested by the evidence of the first three seconds.
Arsenal really are a bunch of cunts.
I said this earlier, they do have best set of forwards to choose from this season. Not THE best but have a good selection. All this talk of Arsenal they will come third. It’s us vs Liverpool for the title. Dippers are dangerous and Salah is back to his best. Media keeps pushing Arsenal and us but Dippers are right there.
Nope he was a vastly under rated player, not by me though I watched him live and appreciated how good he was. One of my favourite players other fans look at me funny when I say that, shows what they actually know lolHope that comment is not a piss take of the great Gareth Barry, just saying ;-)
Somehow we only lost 1-0 but apart from an early Haaland chance we did nothing. Sure Villa had a big possession difference too.we played 6 defenders that day and were unbalanced, was stones playing rodris role or was it Rico or Akanji? As it was hard to tell.
and we lost 0-1, we were poor but it wasn't a disaster
