They only got a foothold after OliVAR pulled Walker out of position and then let them take a free kick from the wrong position before the defence was organised.

This. We brutalised them in that opening 20 minutes, should have been more than one up. They looked petrified - until Oliver got involved.

A very typical match at Maine Road, in that something regularly went "wrong".
Remember that post-match the crowd were fuming at the referee, though think that was influenced by the allowance for Wright & Bright to get away with a lot of their behaviour.
Were either of them booked ?

Rival fans and our haters in the media are revelling in Rodri’s injury. Some of the coverage and reader comments are sickening. The BBC is happy to publish such comments. All this will galvanise Pep and the team. This will spur us on to win five in a row.

When VVD got a cruciate I didn't praise it I just wished him a speedy recovery. Seeing most of the Arsenal comments on X is a sad inditement of society in general and not just football. There is a fine line in football when it goes from being tribal about your club to being a ****.
