Masterclass? We scored two goals against them, when they had 11 men and then 10 men.
Correct me if I'm wrong but for our first goal their defence was wide open.
A masterclass would have been not conceding a goal in the 2nd half with 10 men.
We should be applauded for scoring against a team that had 10 players camped on their own area for 50mins.

    His answers can be long and detailed, and often go off at tangents, almost as if he is thinking of something else before he has finished with dealing with the matter in hand.
    You can have to read through his words, or listen to them, again to see what he actually means or to check in case you have missed something.
    It was a bit like that on Tuesday night.
    We already knew Rodri was going to be out for quite a while. It is clear he is an influential figure in Manchester City's side.
    The really important bit now is what will Guardiola do about it.
    He began his answer by talking about opponents not rolling out the red carpet and wearing their best dresses, he finished it by saying he could not play the way Mikel Arteta did at Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
    But in the middle was the key point.
    "Rodri not [being] here [is] a problem," he said. "But complain?
    "This is the challenge.
    "It is a problem. A big one. But a pity? Absolutely not.
    "We go to Newcastle, try to win and do what we have done for many years. It is as simple as that."

Perhaps Stone and his colleagues should practice what they preach.
 
The media do really really hate us. Since Sunday Haaland should be banned, ref should be banned, rodri deserves his injury because he suggested strikes might happen. Poor old plucky arsenal have got our number and we are rattled.
That's the general consensus I have seen.

I remember keane throwing the ball at shearer's head then punched him, we get told that is proper rivalry. The minute we show a bit of needle back, we get demonised.

Ultimately all because we scored last minute.
Love it, glad to know we boil piss and make people feel like shit.

City disrespecting the league cup after Pep said he's going have to play a second team in the rest of it. Compare that to when GPC did it.

In fairness though this is what happens in rivalry. That are now billing us and arsenal as the latest one.

Imagine being a rag, or to a lesser extent, a dipper? They aren’t being talked about. They’re just there.

Arsenal are also being battered by the press for their anti football and dark arts bollocks.

It doesn’t really get bigger than this for us. We are the top dog and everyone knows it.

And City v Real Madrid is the biggest game in the CL by some distance.
You are correct: we are the top dog both domestically and in Europe.
That's what boils the piss of all of them.
