Snoop..United sacked Ronaldo for breach of contract and that was just for telling the truth about how shit they are.
Mendy had been fined twice before for turning up late to training and was in breach for his behaviours, alone.
One such report had him organising escort girls flying in from Italy to attend a party at Mere Golf and Country.
He's a fucking dog.
this, all day longNo bitterness from me. I want City to act in a lawful way. If they did. Great. If they didn't. Hands up and pay the lad.
What are you talking about? All true but it depends what it says in his contract. The reason so few of these cases go to tribunals is that employment law usual works in the worker's favour. The complication will not be his wages though but his appearance money. Let's wait and see what happens.
Considering the bad publicity it may generate (is generating, thanks to him), I would assume City think they have and he’s trying it on. As mentioned before this will likely be down to different interpretations of the wording in his contract. No bitterness from me. I want City to act in a lawful way. If they did. Great. If they didn't. Hands up and pay the lad.
Got a net worth of 12 million dollars apparently so not potless.I bet he’s not got much money now.
For example, if the contract says "if city win the premier league then you'll get paid £1 million". Would you be entitled to that payment and would you fight for it? Yes you bloody would. So it's all down to wordings in the contract and interpretation of those words. He has a case otherwise he wouldn't bother fighting for it, whether that case is strong enough no one knows. What are you talking about?
If you are unable to turn up for work and unable to play you cannot earn an appearance fee.

I am suggesting City will probably have to pay up his basic salary but the argument will be over things in the contract like bonuses etc etc. We have no idea what's in his contract so we can't predict the outcome at this point. What are you talking about?

They absolutely shouldn’t have to pay the basic salary.I am suggesting City will probably have to pay up his basic salary but the argument will be over things in the contract like bonuses etc etc. We have no idea what's in his contract so we can't predict the outcome at this point.
He was arrested on a Friday night before we played Leeds on the Saturday. Found hidden under a bed in a brothel in Salford when it was raided. I know the copper who arrested him. Don’t know if charges followed, I assume not seeing it didn’t make the press.United sacked Ronaldo for breach of contract and that was just for telling the truth about how shit they are.

If I was in the same position as him in an ordinary job (I would expect to lose said job) I would not expect to be entitled to be paid if I could not turn up. I would also not expect any performance bonus, Christmas bonus. Doesn’t matter what it says in a contract that’s common bloody sense.
Jailed you wally. He was jailed for a long time.If that happened you'd have a case against your company, if you were found not guilty, as he was. They can't sack you because you were accused of something and arrested. Suspended maybe.
youre incorrectincorrect he has never been charged with breaching bail conditions
Its not a charge, its a consequence. What happens is the CPS decide to charge. The police then lay then charge, and you get bailed to court. The courts then impose bail conditions. If you breach those conditions the police can take you back before the court, for breaching their rules. They act on what the court said. It isnt a new charge of a crime, its a broken promise that the court said you have to abide by in order to stay out before the trial is heardincorrect he has never been charged with breaching bail conditions
