He has a book about city coming out next week can't be arsed to link it ,had a barny with him last month and guess who was right yes me no apology sfa ..
What was it about?
Doesn't surprise me that a Blue has schooled a no nowt Rag employed by that sorry shitstain of an excuse masquerading as our local newspaper.

It’s a ridiculous state of affairs that Stone is being paid by the licence payer to write absolutely pathetic and sycophantic articles re the Rags on a daily basis and has access to an unlimited budget to follow his team around at our expense. I thought the Beeb were supposed to be skint ? I can think of a very obvious cost saving that would improve the content of BBC sport.
They're skint because they're paying the likes of Rag Stone to go on pointless jollies following his shit, irrelevant club.

They just couldn’t help themselves.

Some great points i’ve read.

1) If we went to the Benabau and lost 2-0 then the 2nd leg at the Etihad and we won 2-0 then got knocked out on pens - have we lost the game which we won 2-0 on the night?

2) If Haaland had scored both goals, then scored in the penalty shootout - is that counted as a hat-trick?

Just a thought

The original question was whether the unbeaten record was comparing like with like.

Law 10 says

Winning team

"The team scoring the greater number of goals is the winner. If both teams score no goals or an equal number of goals the match is drawn."

It's only then that competition rules that require a winner come in to play, i.e. rules to determine a winning team after a drawn match.

I see that ESPN got their brain trust together to comment on our game against Sparta and they concluded that Haaland was “lucky” with the finish for his first goal, unlike Zlatan, who always meant it…

Want to guess which bbc "reporter" wrote this?

"Former Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has cheekily claimed he is not giving up hope of earning a title-winning bonus from 2018 because of Manchester City's ongoing legal case with the Premier League.

United finished second to City in the 2017-18 season, which was Mourinho's final full campaign in charge at Old Trafford.

City, who have since won four consecutive league titles, have been accused of breaking the Premier League's financial rules between 2009 and 2018.

City deny the 115 charges and expect an outcome from the case by early 2025.

Should the club be found guilty, they could be stripped of silverware won during the period concerned."

At this point simon stone is just a **** fan.

No one in that Mourinho lovefest brought up that we’d have to be docked 20 points for that to happen. His face would have been a picture at that..

The interview Bajkowski gave on Talksport yesterday was truly bizarre.

Basically only spoke about 115, City getting relegated and Pep wanting to fuck off.

Not the first time he’s been on Talksport with snide City comments either.

Who on earth does he think will buy his book when he goes on national radio with what seems the sole intention of pissing off blues.

Bizarre
I don't like that twat.

Your final line sums it up for so many of us.. and not just the MEN but the whole, rancid mess that makes up the UK football press and media.

I grew up reading the likes of national sports/football observers such as Neville Cardus, Hugh McIlvanney and Michael Parkinson, together with local writers of the calibre of Eric Todd, Peter Gardner and (yes!) David Meek.

All of them were journalists above everything else and they were (mostly) objective in how they brought match reports and other related sports/football stories to their readers.

Today's childish scribblers, with the odd exception such as Martin Samuel, are light-years behind those named above when it comes to journalistic talent and integrity.
Hugh Mcilvanney fucking hated City. He can fuck off too.
