Had no idea there was any football last nights went out.

Had talksport on this morning on way back home. Sounded like Natalie Pike at first sticking the boot in, but it’s someone called Angelina. Nothing like hearing the rags getting bashed on the radio to start a Friday morn.

They aren’t even 57th in England.

You have to say the Glazers have pulled a masterstroke with what they've done to the rags. Bought them without actually buying them, thereby landing the club with a monumental debt they will never be able to pay: bringing in 25%Jim to take all the flak, and all the time paying themselves a wage packet Elon Musk could only dream about.

The Glazers couldn't care less about what goes on the pitch, they have no real interest in achieving what is best for the club, and they certainly couldn't give a fuck who's managing the team on a day-to-day basis just as long as the money continues to 'pour' in (waterfalls, get it? I know, I'm such a witty old chap!).

Face it, raggies - the one club you hoped and prayed would never be King of the castle is us. You would have preferred Arsenal, Everton, Chelsea - even the dippers - to knock you off your perch: anyone but *us.

I agree with the last paragraph. I had a manc rag arguing on YouTube when I posted the same. He argued that Trafford is in Manchester as much as Didsbury is. I kept saying Trafford is in Greater Manchester, Didsbury is in Manchester.
In the end he got me confused !

Just reading that and seen one of their main problems highlighted in a post:

Why are they so obsessed with having their ex-players as coaches or on the coaching staff? Did they learn nothing from Liverpool through the 90s?

There’s no reason why a club should employ someone as a coach just because he played for them and was a fans favourite or one of their best players. Just because it worked for Pep or Ancelotti doesn’t mean that it’s the norm.
