Best ask the fukwits at the epl about that! Why's it still going ahead, then?
There's a huge amount of cost associated, for both parties!

I believe we are getting an extra 20 mill a year for that alone...Was there a new etihad sponsorship board put up for yesterday's game at the back of family stand tier 1 or has it been there before and I've just never noticed it?
That Arsenal fan didn’t know the difference between a High Court case and an arbitration hearing. Just another moron on the wind up.Do you really think a high class legal team would go to a hearing without ANY defence? Absolute nonsense, not a chance.

That’s a key question. The only thing I can think of is that the cartel clubs have put so much pressure on Masters that he can’t resist. It is baffling in so many ways. There is nothing rational about the current PL regime. They are even appealing the Leicester decision. Perhaps they were bluffing all along, like UEFA, and thought City would agree a settlement. Why's it still going ahead, then?

That question needs to be asked to the Premier League who from the outside looking in run the top league in the world like amateurs at the moment. Drafting illegal rules to stop certain clubs, using illegally hacked emails as a starting point at this investigation which were shown to be a load of bollocks by the highest sports court in Europe.
They think they can land this, just like they thought they could operate outside of English law. Their naivety in pursuing a political power play on behalf of other clubs is not a good look for English football.
I agree it will rumble on but hopefully the PL now know City will turn to legal matters if they don't check most things for fairness and legality before a vote.Sunday morning, hangover rant...
The spectrum of conjecture ranges from, tarqunts who think our world class legal term just raised their hands and declared "sorry we have no defence, whatsoever" to @Matt Diablo who is convinced it's just a pretence, a show trial to please cartel clubs and provide content for the desperate shills in the MSM.
It must have cost well north of £100m, if you include the 4 year investigation, the pre hearing prep since 115 day, the hearing and the judgement etc. Of course the PL costs are divided by 19, so per club it's very affordable for them.
My own conjecture ? this week, it will be leaked and then confirmed the hearing has finished. So, the "beginning of the end", of this phase of PL v MCFC . However the war will rumble on for as long as we are successful and a threat to the red shirt cartel. The sooner we all accept it, the easier it gets.
That might be true but he’s never going to admit it; he would look an even bigger tosspot than he does now.Be good if Masters comes out and says his position is untenable due to the pressure the cartel put on him, to bring in illegal rules.
Leicester, Everton & Forest are (unfortunately for them) the collateral damage in the cartels never-ending quest to stop City by any means necessary. That’s a key question. It’s your second last sentence that is both correct and concerning for me. They won’t rest and if they can’t have their train set back they’d rather break it in my opinion. If they can’t use the PL to wrestle back domination then I think there’ll be some sort of breakaway.Sunday morning, hangover rant...

At least that would prove our point, though it would not be welcome. It’s your second last sentence that is both correct and concerning for me. He was quoting the Tarquin fan but you maybe right.Suspect that the OP was taking the proverbial :)
This all leads to a super league obvious from day one. Will we be invited is the questionIt’s your second last sentence that is both correct and concerning for me.
