That's not what the rules say, but who knows how that would work in practice? Which is always the problem with complicated rules. Just look at offside and handball.

Things always get too complicated when people try to be too clever.

FMV isn’t as objective as the PL imply. You just know Nielsen will be doing what the PL require and placing huge emphasis on history etc….

It won’t be “meaningless” city will have a very clear indication of which way the wind has blown.

If that is the case, they won’t release the outcome until next March, then they will know that we are not going to win the league.

It's not a trial. It's not like a criminal case.

After the panel has heard the case they have to go away and consider the evidence and come to a verdict.
They then have to write a judgement, perhaps with legal advice, to support their view which they hope will leave no room for appeal.
this doesn't happen overnight.

I’ve always thought half times seem exceptionally long under Pep. The away team is always out before us and often out a few minutes before we are, and it’s still going in this season.
