PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I think you know the answer. For those with negative motives this is build up as the trial of the century. They are fueling speculation that a finding in favour of the PL opens up allsorts of opportunities for others to do us down. We better not lose.

Clubs must go to arbitration through the PL, so they are just informing the PL of their intent. I think that stops the clock.

How ridiculous would it be for a club to try and sue us for loss of prize money because our owner paid Roberto Mancini an extra £2.75m a year for a totally legal contract which was agreed almost 17 years ago? The PL leadership and most Club Directors have descended into madness.
 
Clubs lining up to claim compensation is absolute bullshit. Written by our detractors for people who hate us. Why would anyone in here believe ANYTHING that the newspapers and sports media say ?

It's clear they don't do actual news, they do whatever the largest fanbases want to here. They are clickbait. Actual sports news died yonks ago.

Read it, think the opposite, (or the politics behind it). Right now there's a campaign against coote, utd are being told (publicly) that VAR works against them.

I'd say it'd be impossible to even try this... for a start there's a 'butterfly effect' in play – if we're found guilty, then any money we've pumped into the PL or given any club could be deemed to have given those clubs an advantage...
Take Arsenal for example, the amount of money they've had off us means they were able to get to the position they are now.

Zeigler must have had a call from one of his pals. Not much news around during the international break. Not surprised Daniel Levy is still doing his bit in the poisonous campaign against City. Perhaps he should focus more attention on his own club that remains one of the biggest laughing stocks in football.

It would be some coincidence if all those ignorant bitters in the media and the frothing red shirt morons who insist City must be guilty simply because the Premier League wouldn't have charged us otherwise also believe that the sub-postmasters must be guilty of fraud and theft simply because the Post Office wouldn't have charged them otherwise.

Whether the reports are true or not - it’s really not inconceivable that clubs would try and claim compensation is it? Why wouldn’t the bastards want to twist the knife?
