Based on his string of posts in his latest Twitter thread, Tolmie seems to not understand how FFP/PSR works.A loan wouldn't count towards ffp/psr income
Makes me slightly worried that everybody is hanging on his words around how the 115 case is going.

that’s a fair point, but with 8000 pages on this BM thread, dozens of appearances by Stefan on TS etc etc, how can anybody seriously not understand the difference between owner funding and PSR calculations ?You can get feedback about how it is going without understanding what it is about, tbf.

Well, he's a royal, vice PM and vice President, there's no chance that he would appear in person for PL or the tribunal.But if the tribunal would not accept written evidence….or the PL insisted on a right to question him.

I'm pretty frustrated the extent to which this has clearly hindered us in transfer dealings. If and when this is cleared up it's as clear as day that the league has been manipulated by a handful of powerful interested clubs and they've done everything in their power to shackle us.

We were overdue a rocky season one way or another. Just leaves a sour taste to know that they've done everything they can off the pitch to accelerate it.Job done guilty or not

Old documents that very much present questions City will have had to answer for many years and at the hearing. And almost certainly real documents. H.H has been involved in larger court cases without showing up, same with other prominent members of UAE royal family's.FFS if we lose this case the Sheik and his country's reputation is going to be hammered.

We have to win on the major charges - the alternative is really unthinkable.

That surely has to be a ridiculous notion that everybody lied under oath at the cas hearing?
