I agree but the same fixture last season it should have been his goal that won the game at the Etihad. We still need him to get back into some form as well between now and the end of the season even if he wants to go.

Our recent performances have made people lose their heads I know but this is just nonsense. Pep chased Jack for an entire transfer window and made him our record signing and then he more than played his part in all of our recent success.
 
will he deliver 3 goals and 3 assists this season in PL? not that is any great output from a winger over a season given what some top class wingers deliver in G+A.

right now he has 1 assist. I think we can afford him being on the low end of output when Haaland, Foden, KDB, Rodri, Alvarez, Gundogan and the winger on the opposite side (Mahrez) are all firing. but none of these firing goals now apart form Haaland alone.

Not the first time this season he's done that either. He did something almost identical against fulham not once but twice in the same game.

Nunes has shown he's a better option than grealish in all departments over the last month or so.

Amazing how you remembered 2 passes misplaced 1 month ago and 1 pass last night from a total sh**show which would be fine one if Akanji did not run away. The ball was miles away from Spurs player and very close to Akanji if he did not doge the position.

Yeah and conveniently forgetting the passes Josko Foden Rico and Gundo etc all misplaced during the game but yes you cannot wait to jump on Grealish's back because you hate him so much since the day he joined.

Sadly Grealish is another player that throughout his career has picked up niggly injuries and misses more than his fair share of games.

True. Some players get through their entire careers without injury, others have certain injuries that dog them throughout (hamstrings/knees/groins/ankles), but Grealish is most unfortunate and seems to collect them all. He should probably contact Hasbro and offer to endorse 'Operation'.

Bollox. He came on made no discernible difference contributed to another Spurs goal and then celebrates. Not professional and not something I want to see from him again.
 
He was terrible last season, same again this season but people harp back to the treble season all the time and ignoring the season and a half nearly since then

What I did was point out that saying "never a pep or city player" is objectively nonsense given his contributions.

I've said nothing about his performances this or last season, which I agree haven't been as good as we all want.

So Pep had absolutely no say in his signing ?

Clearly the role has used him in, to his satisfaction too, based upon the number of games Grealish has played in the role, was because he is " never a Pep or City player " ?

Relax. It’s just sharing opinions on a city forum. No need to get heated. Grealish is not a top tier player. £100m is top tier money. Jacks stats are gash. Opinions my good man.

This is bollocks by the way. Just because he's not on his knees crying and wailing at the moon to perform his upset for you doesn't mean he (and all the players) didn't go into the changing room and get an almighty bollocking before getting their heads down to try and work through it.

You stated " not a Pep player ", which is the bit I pulled you on, and which you have now changed to suit your narrative.

So no courage of conviction in your first claim .
