The Labour Government

Is that actually true ? like is there a source to confirm that.
The number of deportations under Labour is true but it's not more than since 2010.

Maybe misunderstood from this report.

Yeah, most of them are now gone or being used for other things. I remember the Eccles one, although it wasn't one I worked at.
Aha, when I was made redundant and took early retirement I registered at the Eccles one and met a lovely lady called Maureen (I think) who pointed me in the direction of the Salford Hundred Venture and I got a grant to do some business training with them and eventually ended up doing a temporary job there as well as supply teaching. So I only signed on for about a month and then came off their books!! All because of Maureen!! :-)

Pleased to hear it worked well for you. ;-)

You forgot to mention that under this Government we have deported more failed asylum seekers / illegal immigrants (over 9000) in the last 14 weeks than the Tories achieved in the last 14 years.

It’s not forgot that during those 14 years the vast majority of you did nothing but decry the removals as nothing but cruel policy of the nasty party.

Still, it’s good to see you have now seen the light and decided that it is right we deport failed ansylum seekers and illegal immigrants.

Sir Keir really has started to build bridges between us all ;-)

Nobody argued that failed asylum seekers should stay. You’ve made that up.

What I don’t get is if they fail they must be told face to face ? At that point they should be taken into custody to be processed out, however I believe they aren’t and lots just “disappear”

The immigration numbers are insane. 700,000+ people coming into the uk yearly. Basically a city of people.

This is completely unsustainable. A lot of it isn’t even high skilled either.
