I think both teams were quite even individual quality wise. Your system was more suited to a league title challenge though
We had the better manager then.

Your talking bollox again although perhaps on this occasion your doing your own team a disservice. You twice lost the league by a single point, you can't seriously think that it was our system versus yours that was the reason for such a miniscule difference?I think both teams were quite even individual quality wise. They had several of the best players in the world in their respective positions. They told us repeatedly. So with inferior players, we created a better system to negate that difference. In so doing, Pep proved he is the better manager.Your talking bollox again although perhaps on this occasion your doing your own team a disservice. You shouldn't need to have to point that outHe has ben at City for 8 years, what the fuk do you think he has been doing? Has the (wrong) narrative of how many billions he has spent past you by? This was a typical starting 11 when he first joined.

Definitely not ..No I suspect it would be us, success breeds contempt.
I have nothing but contempt for the rags and dippers despite their lack of successNo I suspect it would be us, success breeds contempt.
Well that's 5 players... believe it or not we tend to play with 11 players..so by my reckoning it's over half a team we replaced...If you inherit a team with Aguero, David Silva, KDB, Fernandinho and Vincent Kompany how much rebuilding do you seriously need to do?
Cough, CoughWhen did Fergie change his entire squad in one go?
Pep in my opinion is the best manager the league has ever seen of course his system was world class. However Klopp created his own unique system that pushed it to the ultimate of heights and even got the better of it on quite a few occasions at least in the head to head matches. They had several of the best players in the world in their respective positions. We got you to admit that Pep is the greatest, that's good enough for me.Pep in my opinion is the best manager the league has ever seen of course his system was world class. Every time prime City played a premier league team the outcome resembled an attack versus defence training drill. I have never seen a team so dominant in games in the history of the premier league.
Until you played Liverpool who were the only team who didn’t sit back and gave as good as they got going back the other way. This resulted in what I believe was the highest level of quality premier league football matches ever played.
I mean am I wrong?

Highest quality of football the league has seen,it’ll be a while before we see similar levels from any team and that includes ourselves (city) ..The he season when we both went toe to toe was the best football the league has ever seen .
There was quite a large amount on here who felt Liverpool would have little to no drop off when Klopp left.
I always said he was a popular manager but not a great one. He got the people and the club but ultimately didn’t have the bottle for the big occasion.
A few pen shoot out
Spurs in a final
City having a bad season
Where his highlights, I think Slot will do better for you.

Klopp made Pep a better manager.
Call and I shall re-appear from the (relative) safety of "Off Topic".The only decent dipper poster I recall on here was @LGWIO, every other has been the usual triumphal gobshite who start off seemingly intent on a football conversation before escalating to more pointed criticism of City, before finally resorting to being outright offensive and aggressive about our successes, players, support, and every other topic under the sun.
In short, the thread will quickly deteriorate to RAWKish levels and require mod attention to clean it up.
They simply cannot help themselves and imo seldom provide anything of value .

Scouser on ‘night shifts’ eh ?Call and I shall re-appear from the (relative) safety of "Off Topic".
I'm sorry to say that night shifts this week prevented me from getting online last night and indulging in my "triumphant gobshite" persona!
I don't think klopp made pep a better manager. We got you to admit that Pep is the greatest, that's good enough for me.
