Well that went well with Ashworth. Maybe another Red Tie available when Omar Barada gets his cards too

I think it’s fairly obvious they’ll ask Viana if he’ll go back in his word. They’ve been copying everything we do for 10 years.

See what he does. I’d be amazed if he did.

Ashworth leaves after 5 months...after all of that chasing!

How much did they pay Newcastle for him?!
It’s funny, but I can’t find any mention of it at all on either Sty or the BBC sports websites.

Very strange.

Maybe we should buy loads of candles (they're cheap at the moment with the Scousers doing well) and pray that the Rags go the way of Woolworths.

No one is 'too big to fail'. Scruffy Jim is a classic asset stripper and the Glazers have lost fortunes on their Malls and are just using the Rags as a source of cash. This new £66 for kids is a red light. It suggests they're desperate for money. Unsaleable players on stupid contracts must be costing them an absolute fortune every week.

Perhaps they can merge with Rag Scum of Moston FC.

Someone senior at United still leaking to the New York Times group which owns the Athletic, A clear pattern in recent years.

Haha, basket case of a club.

He spent more time on gardening leave from Toon that actually in position.

Do they know his job needs a big chunk of money? Did they think his name or him just saying Manchester United would get players ripping up contracts elsewhere to join them?

And tbf Forest prob had one of the best records at OT back in the day they regularly fucked them up on their own pitch...

December 1977 Utd 0 Forest 4 on their way to the old 1st division title .

Also 1988 fa cup 6th round utd 0 Forest 1 ( same day we lost to Chelsea at home in old 2nd division when both teams eventually went up )
A lot of trouble in town that day 56k at OT, 44k at Maine Rd..Chelsea brought over 10k fans....a proper away unit..

There was another match which stands out too; shortly after Stuart Pearce missed that pen fir Engksnd he got dogs abuse in a league game at OT from their fans. He shut them right up with a brilliant free kick hit with so much venom the Stretford end were stunned
1nil Foresf ....Nigel Clough hit the crossbar with another brilliant free kick 2nd half...also Forest sold Gary birtles to utd for a million quid and he was shit...lol
I remember the Chelsea game well, it was my younger brother's 30th birthday on 20/3/89 so I bought us both tickets in The Main Stand as a present for him.
Shame about the result though.
