We knew that closing arguments have been going on, it could just be an educated guess. We still won't know anything for another 3 or 4 months at least.

I'd say that depends.

If things haven't gone City's way, certain people at the Premier League and associated with certain clubs won't hesitate to drop nuggets into the press pack.

If City came out on top, I'd expect little in the way of leaks and then a "they won but they didn't really win" campaign to follow, as with the APT case.
