To anyone who know how these things work (I get it might be different in a sporting context), will we be given a date when the decision will be made public? Or will one day the news just break?

It's definitely a week, but I doubt it's the week, no.Is this the week?
Agreed, The bits that have come out have mostly gone to the Times. Probably second hand info from club directors rather than systematic like UEFA. That said it is obvious that AFC, LFC. and MUFC are still in the loop and using info to damage us. Probably Levy as well. Of course the Judges will also know this as CAS did and it might help us. judges like to be seen to be impartial.
Levy more than anyone thinks the emergence of City "robbed" Spurs of what was their rightful crowing as a top four club. He uses this bitterness to mask the fact he's a fantastic property developer with an eye for global events and a dogshit football club exec.Never ever forget Levy, the odious **** at the heart of the spurs shitshow.
Sneaks under the radar at times, but as guilty as fuck, along with the convicted criminal owner Lewis, when trying to shaft City at every given opportunity, and in fairness everybody else no doubt.
As a club a complete fucking waste of time and effort, who revel in beating us and then collapsing like the sack of shit that they really are.
That’s an ideal scenario for City and us as fans. Imagine turning to the likes of Harris and all of the other cranks and say “we fucking told you”. There would be no comeback. If there’s no mention of collusion amongst our rivals, but we still come out of it fairly unharmed, you just know it will be “got off on a technicality”.Obviously, the main thing for us is that we're cleared and if that happens I'll be more than happy but what would be even better is if City have not only presented irrefutable proof of our innocence to the panel, but also irrefutable proof of collusion amongst the red shirt cartel clubs and Spurs in order for them to spark off this despicable witch hunt, regardless of whether there was any evidence against us or not. In that scenario, I can imagine the panel absolutely going to town on our rivals when publishing their judgement. Then the whole world will see who the real cheats were.

Hard to know how this 3 will have decided to work together. Different panels work differently. But yes I think they will have a direction of travel in their collective headsIt’s probably already been asked Stefan, but I can’t wrap my brain around the court proceedings. After the closing statements last week, will the three judges have a good idea what the verdict will be? As both City and the prem are providing their evidence, do they write their own notes and evaluate what they’ve taken in throughout the course of the 12 week hearing? Will they be arguing amongst themselves while writing up the hearing? The life of being a lawyer, sounds mental.
We need a volunteer to sleep with directors wifeAlmost like of The Times journalists who keeps getting scoops because he's married to an exec at Arsenal!
I don’t see how the judgement can be leaked unless one of the judges is a mouthy ****. I don’t see how it’s possible for anyone to know the verdict until a few days, if not any days before it is due to be released.
Both camps also know the outcome, have done for some time - just waiting for the exact words.you will get somebody going to the media because of the amount of people involved, both City and the Premier League have people with moles in both camps.
I don't see how it's not going to be leaked because of the amount of damage the verdict has on both camps
He’s been invaluable for most people in here & in the media trying to quietly put our side without looking biasedWith respect and all that can't wait to see the back of Steffan etc when this shit is finally over . . .
There is no respect in your post! With respect and all that can't wait to see the back of Steffan etc when this shit is finally over . . .
I doubt they will go after the cartel. Due to harmony and for the good of the overall game and business model.Obviously, the main thing for us is that we're cleared and if that happens I'll be more than happy but what would be even better is if City have not only presented irrefutable proof of our innocence to the panel, but also irrefutable proof of collusion amongst the red shirt cartel clubs and Spurs in order for them to spark off this despicable witch hunt, regardless of whether there was any evidence against us or not. With respect and all that I've been on here for longer than you (and before the date in my profile), long before FFP even existed and I won't be going anywhere. Unfortunately afflicted for life. Don't like? Maybe stay off the thread about the case - just an ideaWith respect and all that can't wait to see the back of Steffan etc when this shit is finally over . . .
