PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

With respect and all that I've been on here for longer than you (and before the date in my profile), long before FFP even existed and I won't be going anywhere. Unfortunately afflicted for life. Don't like? Maybe stay off the thread about the case - just an idea
Sorry you took it that way. Can see why you did but genuinely was only intended regarding all of this shit nothing more

I do have a habit of taking digs that specifically mention my name as "personal" and specific.

It isn't a big deal but I am obviously going to respond to a post like that.
I think it was badly worded and he was more looking forward to the time when you could be a normal poster because all this was over.

If it was directed at you personally it wouldn’t be very nice!

In a perverse way they'll be even more fucked if we're guilty....there'll be noone to blame for them being shit.

It certainly remains to be seen if with the shite upstairs the cartel have that they can out manover Newcastle or even Chelsea. By the time they 'do' those clubs even if we were actually relegated we'd be back up the top to still push the fuckers down.

All that being said I'm happy with Big Kal's comments when the charges were made and that the worst we'll get is some jumped up non-cooperation fine.
I missed this, what did he say?

Yes very badly worded - I will calmly walk through the crowd like Mark Rylance playing Cromwell and await for my execution with dignity

Fucks sake if this is correct then the PL have opened an even bigger can of worms than I originally thought. As an aside, I'm pretty convinced that whatever the outcome it won't be clear cut. There will be (assuming we "win") issues where the PL have a case, and vice-versa. If I'm correct, add this less than clear outcome to the slbsn narrative we then have multiple pathways to go down on multiple charges. It's conceivable that this isn't actually resolved for years, if ever.

So if i understand correctly - we're waiting to hear on the liability judgment - which may or may not be by the end of march? Will this be made public?

If found not guilty of anything, great we move barring any appeals (unlikely) - If we are found guilty of anything it will then go to appeals and sanctions? which we won't hear about for much longer?

When the judgement is given and the consequences are known will the public be given access to amongst other things the damning evidence either way?
