I think that just about every other club in the PL could well be on the end of 'one or two' landed punches. Try naming one where honesty, fairness or ethics are high up enough to gain public admiration. It doesn't exist in business, let alone this game, and in a culture where even senior Royals or clergy are not immune from public outing then there is no reason to believe that the other 19 EPL clubs are paragons of virtue either.

Of course, WE know all this. The entire topic has been covered 100s of times. It doesn't change the fact that we are the ones in the dock as it were, and the judgment is going to be on us specifically.
The general public opinion is media led and seems to be that we must have broken SOME rules. That's regardless of actual evidence, it's just the common view because of our rapid success / jealousy.
Even if we are found not guilty on all counts there will be plenty of doubters.

The fact remains. Two highly capable legal teams have been involved and we await a verdict. The lack of leaks doesn't tell us anything.

It's not.
The PL rules operate differently which was one of the many differences between PL and UEFA. That's why we are here still waiting for an outcome.

We all want it to be an open and shut case, but there are two sets of highly paid legal teams who have only just completed their representations. We now have to wait months for a judgment.

We all want a judgment that says City didn't put a single foot wrong. What we fear is that with enough attempts to hit us, one or two punches might land, and that will be enough to formally claim 'City cheated'. As much as we don't like that, it's a possibility.

mate, just a bit of advice, you need to brush up on English law that the PL have to operate by. Start by reading the statute of limitations act then you can come back to this post and correct yourself afterwards.

That's not entirely true.
Sports organisations have exemptions that allow them to have members agree on different rules that CAN conflict with statute.
A prime example of this is competitions based on gender or age. Specific legal medications excluding you from competition etc.
We already have investment limitations in sport that do not apply to other businesses. The recent ruling on APT didn't rule that putting limits on investments was illegal, it ruled that not applying similar rules to loans was unfair.

Can the PL vote to exclude all Black players legally?

Whilst you are no doubt correct in identifying the rags, I'm not convinced that they are actually the worst culprits behind the attacks on the club.

I suspect the dippers, gooners and the perennial failures spurs are all more active in their attacks on us.

The rags get money hand over fist courtesy of the millions of braindeads who throw money at them simply because they see them as the club to follow.

The dippers are the same but we already know that from their past antics they seek to be as successful in terms of winning things , hacking and I suspect many more underhand machinations .

The gooners need to try and match our success on the pitch so are desperate to nullify us if possible.

But the most desperate and therefore driven in the cabal are surely fucking spurs with Daniel Levy and their crooked owner Joe Lewis or whoever supposedly owns them.

These are the real driver who will be pushing lackies like Masters imo, because of the need for a higher profile of success and therefore income.

Have hated them since their fucking mid-week wembley win, and nothing they have done or achieved ( or more like not-achieved ) has changed my opinions of the club or their fans. Entitled and deluded beyond belief.
