I honestly don't think it's a ball playing CB that we need. Yes, all our players have to have technical ability. But we are severely lacking in pace and leadership. We are getting caught out again and again by aimless hoofs into the inside channels, between the full backs and centre backs, due to a lack of pace.

I think we need defenders who can actually defend first and foremost. Dias has been the one shining light at the back, I doubt anyone describes him as a ball playing defender.
