I agree however if he keeps playing injured players then there may come a game were physically they just can’t and we ended up with 3-5 youth team having to play, instead of just 1 or 2 at a time to give others a rest.The man is untouchable.

You're also not taking into account how other teams have improved and developed ways to play against us, I'd say after two months of rotten results against different types of opposition it's pretty evident we have been found out.
Surely the manager's primary job is to get results? Anything after that is secondary including style of play. At the moment he's prioritising sticking to a style of play which is clearly no longer working against how other teams set up against us.

Also agree with the bolded part. But there the onus is on Pep to set us up in a way that our lack of athleticism isn’t so brutally exposed. Make us more compact, and don’t leave huge gaps everywhere.

Not saying it would be that bad but that's what happened with the Steve Daley saga, just signed a pile of sub standard rubbish and then had to rely on frees like Parlane and Tolmiie because the cupboard was bare.
