My point is that nobody in this thread knows whether it is true or not that the five hard drives he provided to the French and German authorities included additional information on City that, as Pinto claims, demonstrates criminal relevance. We can only guess.

Actually I've got a bit of an inside track on this through my work, and there is no additional evidence from those hard drives regarding city.

No, we can draw logical conclusions, which seems beyond you. Half a dozen Blues, who clearly know more about the case than you, have answered all your points. You should desist now and go home for a lie down.

I’ve no problem with him (or anyone else) offering a ‘series of damaging possible scenarios’.
It’s the fact that he’s going over the same shit over and over again.
All completely baseless and driven by ‘what if’s’.
Which is why I said earlier I think he’s wumming.

The funny thing is, I don’t really have a different take on how I think this will end—basically, that even if we’re guilty, they won’t be able to prove it. And if we’re innocent, there’s nothing to worry about. We might get some stick for Mancini and Fordham, but it shouldn’t be a huge disaster.

I’ve written about the obvious threats that could lead to us being found guilty, which, of course, are that the Premier League has found new evidence, either from the stuff they asked for from City or from more material that came from Football Leaks or elsewhere. These are basic things that no sensible person should get upset about.

You need to be able to talk about what might go wrong without people throwing their toys out of the pram.
