Interesting how they explain how the Rags missed failing PSR by providing absolutely fucking nothing in the way of detail & just repeated gobbledygook & future academy sales.

Of course it stinks,we know what’s going on,after the results of our hearing come out,the rules and regulations will be scrapped..

Why should it be vague? Why isn't it clear and transparent for all to see? Well we all know the answer to that, don't we.

The ill thought out rules to stop city have made the league look incompetent and corrupt.

Now the clubs have decided behind closed doors that it looks bad. The league has been told to not act on breaches now that it missed its only target…city.

This was totally non sensical.
Why were we found guilty of allowing a hostile prosecution body to access every detail of the clubs opperation that they wanted too, to find actual evidence of wrong doing?
Our accounts are audited by a top rated sports accountancy and services organisation so If you have issues ask questions and we will answer them (which CIty did).
The theft, proven doctoring of City emails, and the quoting of emails (totally out of context I may add) does not a guilty verdict make.
In fact, I was staggered at the time as to how poor this all was of evidence of wrong g doing was. Surely Der Spiegel should have found something a lot more substantial if we were doing things against the rules.
Basically it was a bone thrown to UEFA to say "yeah emails were stolen and some looked dodgy", so we'll give you that.

Or the clubs have complained about having to foot the legal bills in administering any sanctions, particularly after our case.

Your last paragraph is spot on mate.

It stinks that not one club has failed PSR and especially after last years shit show with clubs failing left, right and centre.

What i can see happening is us being in the clear , despite the fact we're in the clear anyway.

Is it the legal fees they are paying or paid last year fighting various cases which they only achieved one which didn’t get reversed on punishment. Add that to what they have been fighting City on two fronts with 115 and associated parties, their pot for fighting new punishments would be very small they haven’t got the stomach to start picking new fights?
