Would accept any +70 Million offer for him
That’s exactly why he’s not arsed. Similar to Rashford and others. You put pen to paper on a contract like that and in your head, you’ve made it. I think we’ll see more of this from players across clubs who drop off after signing these big contracts.Dunno you know, maybe getting 300 grand a week would help.
He’s never been fit to put in the same sentence as Messi at any age(not disputing he once looked like being world class).I’m wracking my brain, but a few years back I’m sure I read that Pep thought Phil was better than Messi at the same age …. can anyone confirm this?
Last season he peaked by winning the PotS and I foolishly thought he’d go on and smash the Euros. He stank the place out, but again I blamed that on Southgate being Southgate.
This season he’s gone backwards and looks a shadow of the player he once was? Last night when you’re hoping for something special (like Mbappe produced) he disappeared completely.
3 kids at 24 when he still looks like one himself, could that be a reason? Will he get back to anything like his former levels … I hope I’m wrong, but I’m not so sure he will.
Me too. His head and passion have gone for us. Might take a while for us to get back to coasting games and he hasn't got the bottle for a fight anymore.Would accept any +70 Million offer for him
Another on the way.I’m wracking my brain, but a few years back I’m sure I read that Pep thought Phil was better than Messi at the same age …. can anyone confirm this?

How much do you reckon we'd get for him?Think a new coach will do him the world of good to be honest.
A player at the crossroads for me in terms of his longevity with us and even his long term future at elite level in the game.
Age 24, already 6 PL titles and a Champions league, Player of the season and England International, living the millionaire lifestyle, has he still the desire to get even better and go again?
Not knocking the lad but he looks like a player that has lost a little love of the game and hence motivation.
I don’t recall that, at all.I’m wracking my brain, but a few years back I’m sure I read that Pep thought Phil was better than Messi at the same age …. can anyone confirm this?
I also understand why, 3 games a week and incredible demands and expectation is not easy.Problem is he's not alone
I think the boring sideways no risk football is what's making a few of the team fall out of love with the game.A player at the crossroads for me in terms of his longevity with us and even his long term future at elite level in the game.

Hence why some major decisions are in the pipeline for many players, not just Foden.
Just watching the game last Saturday the enthusiasm, hunger and desire of Marmoush, Khus and Nico was so refreshing.Yes, however a lot of this squad are used to it and know what is needed, but if they don't try.....
