Zero day is excellent
On my list, can’t beat series with Travis Bickle in…..
Zero day is excellent
It didn't I only watched 2 episodes then fell asleep, lucky I was in bed at the time
:)
I only have a few years left so don't want to waste them waiting for something to happen.
I always think that the best series have the highest investment (time) and the biggest payback - Severance is worth sticking with but you have to be prepared to invest your time - it's not a wham bam thank you mam type of series. If you need constant changes of pace then give this one a miss!!
The series i get the most out of are the ones that you randomly start thinking about hours or days later when parts of the plot come to mind as you unravel it in your subconscious
The only long series i invested highly in that was total crap was Better Call Saul. Just thought it meandered pointlessly and was relieved it was over as it bored me (controversial opinion i know)
@chesterbells yes totally know the scene you're referring to but it's nowhere near as bad as the scalp (off and back on) scene in American Primeval that i had to get my missus to tell me when it was safe to watch!
Awful….you’re being polite…..load of shite imoBlack Doves.
Good idea, but the characters are just awful. Keira Knightly and Sarah Lancashire being the worst. The main bloke in it just doesn't work and they moved too far away from the archetypal assassin. The attempt at Guy Ritchie East End type gangster characters failed miserably, too.
Channel hopping on Saturday night (just gone) and stumbled across an episode of Sharpe on ITV4 HD, which is also showing on U & Drama HD.

Sharpe is a British period drama based on the series of novels by Bernard Cornwell (The Last Kingdom) and follows the adventures of Richard Sharpe of the 95th Rifles, a fictional working class British soldier serving in the Napoleonic War period. The self encapsulated episodes follows him as he fights both Napoleon's forces and the strong prejudice of the British aristocracy.
Featuring a top tier of British actors including Sean Bean in his finest Yorkshire accent as Richard Sharpe and Brian Cox, Daniel Craig, Pete Postlethwaite, Paul Bettany, Toby Maguire, Mark Strong & Philip Glenister to name a few.
A fantastic tale of a Sgt rising through the ranks whilst being a gritty and heart warming series, perfect for a Saturday night's viewing, surprisingly sweary for TV and also with some pretty leading ladies and their heaving bosoms on full display. (Liz Hurley)
Ordered the Blue-Ray box series on just one viewing and will work my way across the Seven series over the coming weeks.
Watched the first episode of Paradise last night (sourced via torrents).

Not a bad first episode, but I'll need to watch a couple more before deciding whether to ditch or continue.
I'm 4 episodes deep and it's quite alright. Worth a watch. That looks like my kind of crap!!
ParadiseThat looks like my kind of crap!!
Got quite excited about De Niro in Zero Day.
However it’s Netflix of course, so it’s pretty much middle of the road averageness aimed at an audience who can only be half arsed paying attention.
A shame, if this was an Apple TV / HBO production it would’ve been a million times better.
Its absolutely brilliant.Watched the first two episodes of A thousand blows, I would definitively recommend it
