Why does Stuart Pearce hate City so much?

Stuart Pearce is the reason I didn't renew my season ticket after 20+ years of not missing any home games. I will never listen to that twat's opinion on football.
Exactly the same for me but 30+. Great player, awful manager everywhere he has been. As a pundit he is just as bad, offers no real insight and tries to use ‘flowery’ language to sound intelligent which makes him sound even more stupid.

Got to be the worst manager (full time) we’ve ever had and that’s fucking saying something after the shite we’ve had in charge. He’s a big mouthed fake hard man bell end who couldn’t manage a fuckfest in a brothel.

He's a **** and shit manager but he was one hard fucker as a player. Can't take that away from him.

I remember travelling to the game when they announced Brian Horton and all
4 of us said Brian who ? And feared the worst but it ended up being a brilliant appointment and we played some fantastic football and had some cult heroes to admire. By far the worst appointment in my opinion was Alan Ball - my best mate was on holiday in Malta or Cyprus and seriously considered chucking himself in the harbour when he heard he was the new manager. He’s on here as Mr Ed and will confirm the story I’m sure !

Mr Ed said to me last night that you loved Alan Ball. Loooooved him.

I remember a near riot one night at Maine Rd when Horton was known to be taking over. That was an era when City fans would regularly besiege the Main Stand gates.

I have always like Horton since. His team played some great football with Walsh, Beagrie and Rosler. I see him being interviewed by Ian Cheeseman quite often, and I am glad that he and a lot of ex-City players and managers are still being welcomed at City.

I don't ever see Pearce come to City. I would ignore him, also Schmeichel, Seaman etc. I don't think of them as blues. Andy Morrison was a blue.

I would like to see Nedum get more media work at big games for BBC/Sky if he wants it. He speaks much better than bores like Redknapp

So you wish him well?

The truth will always out - I remember being impressed with his tactical genius when Lomas went to the corner flag against Liverpool to keep us up ! And afterwards when captain Lomas explained his actions recalling “Alan Ball called me over and said, ‘We're up, kill this game off, just do whatever you can’”.
