I've just watched the video. There is no way that they are going to get the money together for that. 3 towers, 200 feet high. The largest public space in the world. Sections of stadium floated down the ship canal. And finished within 5 years. Anything this ambitious will cost 5 billion, not 2 billion.

Couldn’t watch it past “over a billion followers in the world”.

I've been watching a few videos about failed mega projects, and it's amazing how full of shit so many architects seem to be when talking about their projects. The crown jewel of architect bullshit has to be the Neom project in Saudi Arabia.

Architects talk out of their arses , they produce drawings but have no fucking idea about labour costs , material costs , or how to finance a big project , it’s all piss and wind those drawings , and to be frank , they look like they’re been drafted by the office junior , who’s got software infront of them because they’ve left their crayons at home .

Hook line and sinker , the masses are falling for it , funny how they’ve announced this now isn’t it ? Why not the end of the season ? They probably need the draughts and costs in so they can use it to pass PSR in good time, they’re full of shite , I mean why the excitement for something that won’t even have a spade in the ground for the next five years.
It’s a big PSR dodge , it may well come to fruition , but don’t let anyone kid themselves that this is anything more than that. Scruffy he maybe , financially clued up most definitely.
