PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I'm not sure if breaking Premier League rules will disqualify you as a director, and I doubt the government has the guts to do that to Khaldoon. If a scapegoat is needed, I assume Simon Pearce will be promoted.

They aren't just accused of breaking PL rules mate, they're accused of financial fraud. They would 100% be liable to be disqualified if charges are proven.

It would be hard to think of a more serious allegation towards a company's board then what the PL are accusing ours of.

If they have done what they are accused of theres every possibility of criminal charges you would think

Mate, that’s a bunch of first teamers replaced by reserves, whichever way you look at it. I do agree though, that if it had been at a different time of the Season, we would have bettered the 6-1.

It was worth it for that night in Istanbul though.
Agree, Cole Palmer was not the same ‘Cole Palmer’ that Chelsea have. Alvarez and Mahrez didn’t have a tackle between them. Pep rested the whole midfield and the rags just found lots of space and a lack of resistance that wasn’t there before those subs.

Agreed. There's always a language barrier with Pep whenever he speaks English.
Pep knows I am convinced 115 %.

I know it goes against the legal/rationale/leak tide.

His body language recently is as good as read as any online indicator or leak from a high placed club source. The man get his info direct from khaldoon.

So I wouldn’t be surprised if the top brass at city don’t know but pep does. His mate ain’t gonna to do him like this.

Khaldoon doesn’t seem the type to fuck pep over. If anyone can contradict that with evidence, go ahead.

Im convinced pep and khaldoon know what way the wind is blowing. Official channels can stay quiet but people talk and a top KC will be no different. How else do we pay them off the books?-:)

The online personalities can say what they want but it don’t mean they are correct.

You might be right and the thought certainly crossed my mind.

But there is no way any of us KNOW that.

You’re really splitting hairs. We’re talking about a word - “sentence” - our foreign manager used which would imply that we’ve been found guilty & are just waiting for the sentence/punishment.

You have to take into account the way Pep talks & his grasp of our language then consider his demeanour & he doesn’t look as if he KNOWS we’re about to be punished. But he is suggesting we’ll find out the outcome soon.

Of course we don’t KNOW but it’s reasonable to make an educated intelligent summation of what Pep meant.

But nobody KNOWS the outcome at the moment - although I imagine Khaldoon has been thoroughly briefed by Pannick & the club is continuing to do its business as normal - which MIGHT be a good sign.

Can we just be positive & hope it’s a good sign - as we’ve nothing else to go on
