PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

This is a prime example of how much the media like to twist things.

The real story is that Erling put a message on social media to the Norway fans saying see you in June for the next qualifiers but you would think looking at the headline and accompanying photos he's off.

Laughable.

That's one of the worst/best efforts of clickbait I've seen in a while

Does anyone think that the club have been informed yet, but are bound by some sort of gagging order/embargo, and can't breathe a word until the PL say so? Have to be honest here, I really don't know what think*. The early days of last week were crazy on here, with speculation about an imminent announcement. Which, of course, never came.

*But if I was to take a guess (repeat, for the hard of hearing; GUESS) , I'd say that they don't know yet.
City might well receive it subject to an embargo but it would be for a few hours or overnight at most. The chances of a leak from either City or the PL would be too great to risk a long embargo.

Imagine if we had received the verdict and Pep knows the outcome before his press conference tomorrow. His mood and body language when he’s asked about it would be a dead giveaway, especially if we’d won.

I read that, the most embarrassing article and headline, is all their stuff this shite?

As you say, Haaland waving to the Norway fans.

Nothing to do with City or Pep.

They're getting very desperate. The fact its so blatant, kinda makes it hilarious though. Almost wanna say fair play.

Think they would get a bit longer, it will be a big document and both sides would want a bit of time to understand it and prepare a response. Was thinking 24 maybe even 48 hours myself.

The way this is sensationalised is laughable, succesful businessman uses aide and intermediary to broker deals, in the rarefied world of the super rich this is quite simply how deals get done for the sake of expediancy and discression, the athletic know this and have made a pathetic attempt to make a normal way of doing business into a clandestine shady deal, sad and ignorant

You jumped into a conversation unprovoked or requested where nobody was talking to or about you, to insult someone because about 6 months they called you out on a forum for lying about the personal life of a content creator.
I completely forgot the conversation even happened.
You're fragile as fuck mate, the Internet isn't for you.
emotional response again. Keep proving me right.

I think the foremost critics of Sheikh Mansour's ownership of MCFC are not the Jewish community but British liberals who are offended by the Emirati model of government i.e., autocratic rule.
I think that's true. Certainly Democrat-leaning John Henry has reportedly made anti-arab comments in the past. In broad terms a lot of the UK press, especially the Telegraph, has an anti-muslim bias. Sectarian hatred and geopolitics does play a part but it is more commplex than just a religious divide.
