PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Should stick to relationships with his daughter's friends The hairy handed creep.
Sat next to him on a plane once

The extent to which he is 'hairy handed' simply does not come across on TV - proper weird - and he is a **** - spent the whole flight expecting me to recognise him and talk to him - ****

you notice how nothing in the media about the Chelsea case and possible outcomes IF THEY FOUND GUILTY?
you know on the self admitted crimes and rules breaking actions in Abra's time. wonder if PL lawyers trying hard to prove something Chelsea already admitted committing.
Surprisingly we haven’t even been charged yet as I pointed out its possible and to be honest as time goes on I personally think it becomes more likely that our indiscretions ( or crimes if you like) won’t actually result in a charge but will lead to an agreed sanction
There isn’t any question that the new owners discovered matters and reported the same but I have to agree I do find the fact it’s all gone quiet a surprise.

Football 365 (which used to be a half decent site), headlines from the last 7 days alone...they are desperate for us to be guilty. It's mostly click bait, red meat for the frothing scousers, but I thought they were better.

31/03: The biggest point deductions in English football history with Man City FFP verdict expected
30/03: Man City FFP: Five steps to PL return from League Two post-expulsion include replacing Guardiola
29/03: Man City tipped to be ‘wound up’ after FFP ‘private prosecutions’ with Haaland to Forest mooted
28/03: Man City FFP: Transfer targets for expelled Premier League champions in League Two
27/03: Man City FFP: Five potential punishments ranked on impact severity with verdict coming soon
26/03: Guardiola next job options after relegation would include Arsenal, Brazil and Al Nassr
25/03: Sherwood sparked Man City FFP warning to Sky Sports pundits as Citizens phone call is revealed
24/03: Man City FFP: Liverpool, Man Utd, even Spurs among new winners of reallocated trophies on alternate timeline

The PL can’t apply sanctions to an EFL club. The PL can (in theory) dock us 100’s of points and each time we enter the PL we get stuck with whatever the remaining balance is. But that is the limit of their powers.

If you’re gonna chat shit at least make it plausible.

Surely there has to be a charge(s) before agreeing on any sanction?

Any sanction agreed between a club and the PL has to be signed of by members of the IC pool but technically I think I am right in saying that a formal charge isn’t laid

This looks like a typical schizo posting by the least insane Loserpoo fan.

So if we get found not guilty it’s not because we’re innocent but because the govt has stepped in and prevented us from getting found guilty? That what he saying?
That’s been on the city bingo card for a while, the cartel all have their reasons we are cleared and none of them is we are innocent.

You lot should be relegated and it being a different owner shouldn’t have anything to do with it

Of course, they want time to fuck up our transfer window and to distract us from world cup

I think we should discontinue this narrative that the panel will release the outcome based on when it’s most inconvenient for City.

A) The panel will take as long as is feasibly required while recognising the unique nature of this case and need for as swift an outcome as possible.
B) If City are nailed for the most serious charges then there really is no good/bad time to announce it - it’s just a fucking disaster full stop.
C) If City are cleared then there is no good/bad time to announce it - it’s just fucking brilliant news full stop.
D) We don’t need to push conspiracy theories like this when there’s other perfectly credible angles to push around the PL/rival clubs working maliciously against the club.

Keys has admitted in the past that he is a Liverpool fan (as well as Coventry) and this obviously denies him any impartiality when it comes to making his views public…..although he blatantly plays to the crowd.

I’m not sure anybody really takes him that seriously….but would love to see him on the end of a cease and desist letter after our innocence is announced.

His son is a rag so I doubt he is Liverpool fan
