Right. Glad to have McNeil back but at this point I'd rather them DFA Azocar than option Baty. Azocar is likely DFAed at some point anyway. I guess this is the safe play though.

Gs have been playing well to start the year. Seems like the return of Buster Posey has done wonders. And they’ve played more road games thus far than almost anyone too. But in the NL West with LA, SD and AZ, they’ll need every win they can muster.
Been fun to watch! Hoping they can keep it up!

Hopefully Greene can find his groove again especially with Tork and Javy rekindling their form, would be something to see them all clicking at once.
Little concerned with Meadows though, any word on his comeback?
Skubal is just levels isn’t he. 100mph pitches, change ups just unplayable.
Love seeing tork hit after last year, didn’t see such a turn around for him really.
Not sure on meadows, but Baez is more than making up for it as he’s been so bad up to this year. Hopefully they can keep it going.

Went to Giants at Twins tonight at Target Field in Minneapolis. Pretty good pitching and/or turgid hitting by both clubs. Giants appear to be coming down to earth with the bats sadly. Ramos getting picked off 3rd with one out was a howler. Of course, he was also the only Giant who swung the bat.

Mets' offense has been pretty dodgy honestly, Soto and Vientos in particular aren't producing as you'd expect. I'm sure both will come good eventually but it's frustrating right now.
On the other hand the staff has been unbelievable. Apparently the first in history to have five pitchers with ERAs under 3.15 and 40+ strikeouts through the first 8 games. I hope ownership is keeping a tight hold on Hefner as these guys are hardly born aces.
