PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Evening all.
Any news of note please?
Or are we still discussing the merits of chomps v Bounties??
Nope no news, other than plain chocolate toffee crisps in the blue wrapper, were my personal favourite in the 60's and 70's, and not so much of a mention on here, I'm really taken aback that they seem to have flown under the radar:-)

The PL have learnt and now have a date before deductions can be taken,

If we did get a points deduction that relegated us, it would be appealed.

Might as well be 100/1.

What about disagreement between the parties on interpretation of a point of law?

Initially would be appealed under Section W (same rules as the 115 hearing), then could be taken to an actual tribunal (same rules as the APT hearing) under Section X, but then no possibility of further appeal to the courts on an interpretation of law. That stops at a Section X tribunal according to the rules.

Iirc.

Surely if get top 5, will apply this season, is miss top 5, will apply next season. Or am I being wrongly
It’s highly likely that the CL places won’t be settled for a while yet so I somehow doubt that Cities final position will be a factor however I do wonder if the IC is mindful of the season end date if, and of course it’s an if, they are looking at allegations being proven knowing that any sporting sanction handed out while the season is still in process would lead to chaos.
The challenges and potential ramifications would complicate matters probably beyond comprehension

Of course the counter is that the ICs deliberations are incredibly complex and the delay is simply down to that !
