Injured again it seems. Hardly impressed at Ipswich. Think his premier league career may becoming to an end and he’s Championship bound.

If he can’t impress at West Ham or Ipswich then he’s unlikely to get many suitors in the Prem. Only so far the goodwill from 4 years back will stretch.

He knows he won’t get a better contract anywhere else. He will stay and move to Saudi

He had 22 stitches in a foot injury hence his omission for the last few games.

Loaned out until his contract ends.

Truly terrible signing by the club.

Won it solely based off a decent Euros for England.

Went absolute missing in the final. Rice was trying to do both of their jobs at the same time, I remember it clearly.

He played well against some mediocre teams in the group.

I've said for a long time on here there's a good chance he's not even premier league level. He's had one decent season in the Premier League in his career, which was his first season in the league. The second season he was injured or not playing well when fit. Then he joined us and done nothing since. The rest of his career was in the second tier.

Patrick Bamford had one good Premier League season too but is he Premier League level? Not really.

I consider Phillips to be the same. A good championship player.

Poor signing, poor scouting. Pep clearly sussed out VERY quickly he was out of his depth here and didn't allow him near any meaningful game unless we were coasting to a comfortable win.

He was playing okay in his first game, and then he got injured.

this task needs to be given to Hugo Viana to try to shift him for a good fee no matter if it will give him sleepless nights. it will also give him the result of making signings like this at City.
clever people learn from other people's (looking at you Txiki) mistakes.

He will leave on a free, no club is going to take on his contract, 6 years on 150k plus was an outrageous deal, who signed that off?

With Ipswich going down, have we had any sniffs of interested parties for him this summer? Even on loan?

He’s not really impressed on any of his loan spells and I can’t see any premier league team being interested.

Spoke to a Leeds fan this week and the feeling is that they don’t want him after his underwhelming loans at WHU and Ipswich. Looks like championship is his level at the moment but can’t see anyone stupid enough to give us a fee and pay him what he wants. Could be another loan move with us picking up most of his wages.

If we get him away on a loan, with his new club paying even half his wages, we’d have had a massive result.
